Impossible to communicate with them, phone or internet it's a complete failure. I have been trying for 3 month and absolutely no result.

I live in Golden Valley AZ, the service sucked. It was down as much as it was up. Then they raised my rate 3 times in one year without giving better service. So, I found a company that offered much higher speeds at $25 less and change companies. Then the real nightmare started, they didn't tell me that they weren't going to prorate the last month, which I only used 6 days of. And wanted to charge me for a modem I got a year ago that was swapped out with the one that I sent back to them. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

It was the worst internet experienced that I ever had in my life. Not only are they rude disrespectful. I was paying for internet that I never got. I paid for 5 g and only got two and a half. And then when I confronted them about it. They simply just asked me if I wanted to change companies. This is not a company they're scam artists

The worst. They charged $50 disconnect fee. The internet service does not work in bullhead city arizona.
