Down for 15 days even you cant even call with support line their telephone numbers down how bad can it get and Im actually paying for this service Im paying for aggravation cause Im not paying for anything else because Im not getting any services out of you but the bill state keeps coming

This company use to be called Suddenlink. However, Suddenlink was bought out by thia company. They mailed out cards telling us what was going on and nothing will change with our plans that we already have with suddenlink. However, That was not true. My My very first bill came in with this new company name all over it optimum. The bill was higher then normal and they have all these broke down sections that really means nothing but there is a price next to it to be calculated at the bottom. They charging for the modem, lines, service fee this service fee that, Taxes and tariffs. Yes, That is correct tariffs like we live in a foreign country importing internet...lol....However, If you call them and talk to any rep. Have your bill in han, And let them know what contract you had or plan you where on and the price did increase, They will waive the new cost and honor your old contract you had or was on with suddenlink. They even offered it for another 2 years plus. That is better then suddenlink offer and plan i was on. The people who do not notice the increase amount or think its normal will be the ones who suffer and pay that higher cost. So tell a friends and family members who use suddenlink which is now optimum. Because optimum will not inform them of anything.

Horrible service. Breaks down all day everyday..worst wifi I've ever experienced. Get something else.
