    Very frustrating experience with Optimum billing services. Make sure to call to disconnect your services or else they will continue to bill you. Due to Optimum services poor connectivity problems, consistent down times. We went with another internet service provider mid December 2023. We turned in the modem on 1/4/2024 and told them to cancel the internet service. They still charged us for January's billing cycle because we didn't call in the disconnection before The billing cycle started and turning in the modem (equipment) is not considered a disconnection. WTH...They don't value customer relationships and this is a bad business practice, I will never use Optimum again. If I could give them zero stars...I would.

    After hearing a fair amount of negative reviews revolving around Optimum technicians, I had to leave my positive experience for tech 27111 that serviced my internet today. He was on time right at 8am at the start of the window (luck of the draw due to appointment window structure, but still punctual), very polite upon introduction, and solved my issue while explaining the origin of the problem. Hoping he gets some recognition for his good work.

    There customer service is horrible I didn't even take my internet box out of the box after trying to tell them what I want and them keep trying to change my mind I finally said never mind I'm returning for a full rrefund I couldn't imagine being on the phone for over an hour to get answers

    Whatever you do do not get a cell phone from them. I spent over $1,000 on a brand new phone that they sent me it was defective out of the box. And I have yet to receive a refund. They would not do anything to make the situation better they do not care if you are happy customer or not. Poor customer service poor product poor company, Edited update I still have not received the refund from a product I returned weeks ago . Again I say do not get a phone from them. I may even cancel my internet with them now too they are horrible.
