        Terrible customer service. You have to pull information from whomever you speak with. Unfortunately, every customer Service agent gives me a different response. I have not had a correct bill in months. I emailed them again today...I will share and update my experience.

        I have only had TWN for about a month. So far I like the service however every time I use my bedroom tv, it says it cannot find internet service. I have to go through the ,options of setting up again. Why is this happening? I do however notice that the speed for downloading apps is faster that previous internet company. So fa so good.
