        Maintenance MAN JIM IS VERY RUDE! Moved us a in a 3bedroom with roaches and stated that we are responsible for pest control. Gave us a rusted stove they refuse to change wont even fix patio doors!

        Andy Russell has been a wonderful landlord for the last 3 years. Always available to speak with and very prompt when something needs attended to. Definitely recommend looking into his rental properties!

        I had tried to get information about a house for rent, but I wasn't able to answer their call at the time. I tried to call them back just a few minutes later and they didn't pick up. Not worth your time in my opinion.
