Terrible maintenance. I'm a resident of this complex and its two months that the bathtub is leaking and hasnt been fixed yet.

Spacious place and friendly staff but looks like its from the 1970s inside, need a remodel very badly.

We've lived here for nearly 3 years and honestly I've enjoyed it. It is extremely quiet, the grounds are nice and management is really understanding and helpful. They have a small maintenance crew that has been the same since we moved in. This is a plus because we have established a rapport with Kyle and Jake, they are nice and respectful. They always remove their shoes and they work in two's to make the job a lot faster. My fridge recently went out in a snow storm, and they came right over to replace the old one with a new one. I'm very happy with the time I've spent here and would recommend it to family and friends.

Good neighborhood with easy access to stores, and fantastic maintenance team. They go above and beyond. Only downside is neighbors are loud.
