        Literally the worst most run down community im Canton. They always have open availability because residents are constantly moving out. Paying $1600 and up for a townhome with old carpet, cracks in every wall, horrible patch jobs done by maintenance, small bathrooms and thin walls . They just painted all buildings grey. Stay away frim this jail cell. Please check out othwr communities. Meadowood should be a LAST resort never a first

        The office staff are very kind and helpful. When we moved in maintenance was also a huge help. It is a very clean, quiet community.
