Updating my review: It is now 4 months later and the manager Kate has still yet to reply to any emails or calls. So I went into the office to wait to speak to her and she wouldnt talk to they called the police and served me a no trespassing order followed by eviction notices.. for charges that have already been paid and now doubling back onto my account that Ive been trying to get resolved since JANUARY. If you scroll through all of the reviews you will find this happens to multiple people. But the company will respond telling you to contact the office. This is by far the worst complex and the management is an absolute joke. Not only did the police officers say they hate this place, but the court also laughed at the fact that this place has multiple LLC and changes management / names often. Major red flag. Save yourself the money, headache, and stress. Youre better off living in a cardboard box than this place. Many of us residents are exposing the place and it is truly sickening how negatively they are treating their residents.

I am concerned about safety in my daughters apartment. She does not have outdoor lighting and the outside door handle has been ripped off for 7 months with multiple reports to maintenance. The mailboxes are falling off the wall. Garbage is piled in the hallways and the carports are in need of repair. The washer dryer is unusable due to odor. These apartments have potential but definitely need some TLC from maintenance. These issues have been reported.

very dirty apartment with cat litter left in the residence upon move in, trash left everywhere outside of units. leasing office is never prompt with move ins or answering the phone, laundry room is disgusting, no hot water for 2 days now. I recommend looking elsewhere !! Edit: Dishwasher is now broken for over two weeks, multiple maintenance requests, & calls to the office made, they always say just a few more days and no change. If it takes over 2 weeks every time for a maintenance request to be filled, hire more staff! Havent had a front door handle/ locking front door in 4 months. Do not live here. Edit: For 7 months, my door has been broken. There is so much trash around these apartments you would literally think its a dump yard. At least three mattresses outside of my apartment for months just a festering ground for fleas and mice dead squirrel laying outside my apartment for months now. Live at Stoneybrooke next door!!! The maintenance is so prompt there clean grounds and apartments. Stay away from Ridgeline at Canton!!
