I needed to write this review. I had 2 huge issues that nobody seemed to help me with. Andrew went above and beyond to help. He took great care of me and it had nothing to do with making a sale. Thank you so much Andrew!

Worst customer service I've ever had. There are five people in this store and not one of them are working. They are all scrolling on their phones not looking up to talk to you

I went into this store to return my 5G home internet modem. The employees ganged up on me telling me that I did not have the original power, when in reality it was the only cable the modem came with. They told me that they would Not accept it. So I just left the modem there. They take no accountability and stand around twiddling their fingers. I dont understand why they would open a store in my neighborhood, if the service was going to be this bad. I will never walk into this store again. You lost me as a customer.

I gave this place 1 star, not because they deserve it, but because i needed to select it in order to be able to post my review. Worst customer service. I went there to try and fix an issue with my kids sync up watch, sometime in the summer. Since then I have gone in for 4 warranty exchanges. Nobody seems to know what the problem is. I talked to Francs, the supervisor, wasnt much help. Eric was the most helpful, however he was supposed to call me back in 7 days to let me know what the next step would be, it's been at least 6 weeks now and I still havent heard from him. Im just waiting to see what their explanation will be. I have just had about enough of this location, this issue. I do not understand how nobody can resolve this issue. I went here because its a little closer to me, next time I will drive a bit farther to the Oakridge location.
