Sprint Store

Hella people working up in this store and not enough help being given. Ive seen 5 people currently walking in and out of the back room and only one customer being helped while 3 of us wait. Although I get my issues handled at the end of a very looooong period of wait, I feel the reps need to be more proactive in helping get things resolved quicker. I def wouldnt make this my one stop shop for wireless needs.

I went in trying to get an upgrade came across a lot of road blocks but the Johnny was able help me overcome them and ended up being able to get my new phone awesome store great service.

Had to go here with a friend to get a phone replaced. The process was smooth, definitely suggest coming back here!

This place sure looks nice but watch out, read the contract twice before you sign. Do not do what I did, sign thinking the contract without reading it, believing that it will reflect what the acting store manager told me. Rookie mistake. Will never go back to this store ever again, what a nightmare!
