Food & drinks: They have a very good breakfast with a multitude of options. More than a typical continental breakfast. The options vary from day to day which is nice.

Wife said it felt old and tired. I did't notice. I thought the room was comfortable. Staff was great. Room cleaner definitely top notch.

Parking is very poorly marked and street level entrance is hard to find if driving. Once inside very nice location, pleasant staff!

Good hiking trail with climbing over large rocks. Well marked. Great view over the river from top.

Didnt make it to the lake but hiked 2 miles in with my pups and then turned around. Saw families doing the trail so would rate moderate due to some steeper incline

Although I didn't stay long enough to see any birds, I saw two deer and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The drive past the marsh is also very nice and has some good views.
