Everyone here is very friendly and efficient.  No long lines, as I find at B of A.  Gibran Chacon was particularly helpful.  I would bank here if I lived in this area.

Absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend going there for banking needs I went to open an account and I was served with amazing service especially by Gibran Chacon,100% professionalism. No hassle, no gimmicks, he explained everything to me with full professional details, I would be banking with Union Bank from here on out.

Every month I would come in the branch to cash my check. Every month they never remembered me and would give me the hardest time to cash check. They would ask ridiculously rude questions such as “why did you get all of this money?” And I answered then he replied “you really got all of that money that way?” Very personal and uncomfortable. I decided to take my money and go else where so I am not treated like a criminal. Very horrible experience. Both terrible at this one and when there was one on Victoria. One on Victoria was worse.
