Supposed to open today, but it's closed. County offices are closed for Juneteenth, which is fine, but the website should reflect that. Not everyone has Facebook.

Need to communicate better. Its a poor policy to not be able to refund an order if it is not mailed to you. Also, its hard to get a person on the phone.

Over the last year I have had to contact the office of the KSOS. Each time they were very helpful and even walked me through many processes. Amazing service for Kansans.
