It's a small library but nice. Located on the second level of the building. It's in a strip mall with many asian restaurants.

Waited longer than usual, I was there for more than 2 hours, but I was happy with the outcome of my interview.

Excellent folks here, both the front staff, and the field crews.

Not sure why the bad ratings. I must have been there 5-10 times and I never had to wait more than 10 min and the staff always has been friendly and helpful.
